O'Gara's Bar

Today I spent entire day resting my feet. Later in the afternoon, however, I went out for a dinner at O'Gara Bar, located in St. Paul.

Very few people are aware that this bar has a historical significance, which is formerly the barbershop of Carl Schulz, the father of Charles M. Schulz. Charles M. Schulz of course is famous for being the creator of Peanuts and Snoopy. In an interview, even the owner of the bar did not realize the historical significance of his place. He, suprisingly, does not capitalize on this significance, by putting this fact in his advertisements, etc. Rather, he only devotes one small part of his wall in honor of Schulz.

Note: Avoid the fish sandwich. It was horrible. Their other selections, however, are good.
